    Do I need an account to use JMM?

    No. You can upload files, run any tool and see a preview of the result without signing up. To download the finished file you need a free account and an active plan.

    Are my files safe?

    Files are transferred over an encrypted connection, are only visible to you, and are deleted automatically from our servers after a few hours. You can also delete them yourself right after downloading.

    What file types are supported?

    PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF), Excel (XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX, ODP), images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, TIFF, BMP) and plain text.

    What is the difference between High and Low quality plans?

    High quality plans give you the file exactly as it was produced. Low quality plans are cheaper and give you a lighter file with images reduced in resolution — great for sharing on screen.

    Can I cancel auto-renew?

    Yes, at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
